As a communications professional and current Penn State professor, she makes it her priority to ensure that every customer is heard, understood, and served with accuracy. Her focus is on clear, timely communication—making sure requests are handled efficiently and that client goals are fully understood.
She also serves on the Board of Directors for a 115-year-old real estate company. Her leadership helps our company uphold the highest standards of professionalism, accuracy, and trust in every interaction.
